Description

The Family Travel Association is thrilled to welcome its members to an exceptional event designed to inspire collaboration, offer educational insights, and enhance networking opportunities. Registration for the 2025 Family Travel Association Retreat is now closed, and we are excited to have such an incredible group of attendees joining us at Beaches Turks & Caicos from September 24 – 27, 2025.

Set against the stunning backdrop of this all-inclusive resort, attendees will discover five distinct villages, a 45,000-square-foot waterpark, 21 gourmet restaurants, a pristine 12-mile beach bordered by crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a remarkable selection of 10 pools.

Looking ahead, coming March 1, 2026, Beaches will unveil its sixth village. The all-new Treasure Beach is designed for an elevated all-inclusive family adventure. Attendees of the Retreat will have a special opportunity to learn about the exciting new details guests will be able to experience with this exclusive village.

Transportation will be provided by Beaches for transfers to and from the resort and the airport. Please note that any transportation to outside resorts or hotels will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Dine Around
Advisors will be seated with their families and guests for dining assignments. Should families or guests choose to explore other dining options, that’s absolutely fine. We simply ask that each travel advisor join their assigned dinner reservation to honor and thank the sponsor hosting their table.

Kids & Teens Camps
We’re excited to share that both the Kids and Teens Camps will be open daily from 8:00 AM–9:00 PM. We recommend that children and teens attend camp during business sessions so parents can fully participate in event activities while the kids enjoy fun, age-appropriate programs.
